Shopping List: (Serves 2)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 diced onion
• 250-300g diced chicken
• 200g chopped canned tomatoes
• 1 pack Geeta’s Madras Curry Paste

Method:
• Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
• Add chicken and cook until sealed.
• Stir in paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
• Add tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes.
• Add 100ml water, heat through, then simmer for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.

SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS, VEGANS & COELIACS.

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, consume immediately.
