Geeta’s Lamb Madras served with a dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Start by mixing together Geeta’s Madras Curry Paste and natural yoghurt.
Before serving sprinkle with flaked almonds and a generous dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney.
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan, lamb strips and cook for approx. 5 minutes each side, until browned all over and thoroughly cooked through.
Serve with Nan or Basmati Rice.
Stir in Geeta’s Madras Curry Paste and yoghurt mix and cook for a further 3 minutes.
