Karai Bhuna Meat Balls
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Sweat the onions and garlic in the cooking oil. Allow to cook and combine all the ingredients together apart from Geeta’s Karai Bhuna Spice & Stir
Meanwhile, heat Geeta’s Karai Bhuna Spice & Stir in a large sauce pan. Add the spice mix from the spice cap into the sauce from the jar and heat in a large sauce pan. Add the pre-cooked meat balls and heat gently allowing the flavour of the sauce to penetrate the meat.
Mould the mixture into equal size meat balls
Serve in bowls with freshly cooked noodles, toasted Naan bread or steamed basmati rice. Delicious topped with Geeta’s chutneys or pickles of your choice.
Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre heated oven 170C for approximately 20 minutes
Why not use minced Soya as a vegetarian alternative.
