STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

step 1

Fry chopped onion until lightly brown

step 3

After 2 minutes add red pepper and single cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Finally, add king prawns and cook until done

step 2

Add Geeta’s Tikka Curry Paste and simmer for 2 minutes before adding chopped canned tomatoes

step 4

Add fresh chopped coriander for garnish

Ingredients

1 pack Geeta’s Tikka Curry Paste

250g King Prawns

1 onion, chopped

1 small red pepper, chopped

200g canned tomatoes, chopped

100ml single cream

Coriander for garnish

QUICK TIPS

  • Spread some mashed avocado on to your favourite bun or brioche (we like sourdough).
  • Add a thick slice of tomato and red onion.
  • Add a nice dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango or Onion Chutney.
  • Stack a large grilled or pan fried Portobello mushroom on top.
