Spicy Chutney Cheddar Wrap
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Grate cheddar cheese to yield about 2 – 3 tablespoons.
Add some rocket leaves or chopped lettuce on top.
add about one teaspoon of mayonnaise and mustard to taste and mix together until mixture is spreadable.
Sprinkle the chopped coriander or chopped parsley on top.
Spread this mixture all over the tortilla.
Roll the tortilla and cut in half to serve.
Add a nice healthy tablespoon of Geeta’s Mango & Chilli Chutney and spread all over the tortilla.
