TIKKA MASALA BAKED
Serves 2-3. Tip: Delicious with chappatis and Geeta’s Premium Mango or Lime & Chilli Chutney. Tip: Stuff the baked pieces of fish or chicken in a pitta with some salad leaves and a nice spoonful of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney - perfect for lunch!
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the oil, yogurt, whole spices and sauce in a bowl
Put on skewers alternating the fish or chicken with the onion & pepper pieces
Coat the cubes of chicken/fish, onion and peppers with the marinade and allow it to infuse for at least 10 minutes (or overnight)
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/Gas Mark 5
