STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

step 1

Mix the oil, yogurt, whole spices and sauce in a bowl

Put on skewers alternating the fish or chicken with the onion & pepper pieces

step 2

Coat the cubes of chicken/fish, onion and peppers with the marinade and allow it to infuse for at least 10 minutes (or overnight)

step 4

Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/Gas Mark 5

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts cubed or 3-4 fillets of any white fish cubed. You can also use chunky vegetables.

1 purple onion cut in quarters

1 large green pepper cut into big chunks

1 pack Geeta’s Tikka Sauce Kit

1 tablespoon plain yogurt

1-2 tablespoons oil

QUICK TIPS

  • Empty one tin chick peas (drain water)  into a large bowl
  • Mix heaped tablespoon of chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes and chopped onions together.
  • Add one teaspoon of Geeta’s Lime & Chilli Chutney and 2 tablespoons chopped coriander mix well.
  • Add the salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Add your favourite vinaigrette dressing  and mix together when ready to serve.
  • This is delicious as a cool side salad with your  BBQ meats, fish or poultry
