Tikka Masala Fish
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the spice cap from the jar. Open the jar of sauce and pour into a bowl. Add the contents of the spice cap into the sauce and mix together.
Keep the extra sauce in a bowl which can be warmed and used as extra gravy.
Add the fish fillets into the sauce and leave to marinade for about an hour in the fridge. Remove the fish from the fridge at least one hour before placing on the BBQ.
Seal the foil paper over the fish and potatoes by creating a mini pocket or bag.
Place the marinated fish with a little bit of the sauce in a piece of foil paper along with the par boiled new potatoes.
Place the foil pocket on a hot barbeque and cook for approximately 10 – 12 minutes until the fish and potatoes are cooked.
