TIKKA MASALA STIR FRY
Serves 2-3. Tip: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with Naan bread or chappatis and Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a wok and add the whole spices (leave out the chilli if you prefer a milder taste)
Add the sauce and 1 tablespoon of water and stir fry on a medium heat for 2 minutes
When they start to crackle, add the paneer and gently stir fry for a few minutes
Add the peas and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked
